Their success with dogs and cats gets the attention of dangerous characters, who present them the biggest challenge of their lives. To save themselves, Spencer and Noah must find a lost kid, a kid nobody else seems to want to find, a kid who is the key to a technology that will be the foundation of the Internet. Spencer and Noah team up with new allies to search for that kid, plus tackle a few side jobs along the way, such as triggering the collapse of the Soviet Union. And, then, final exams.The Finder is the sequel to Tony Kordyban's break-out pre-teen high-adventure sci-fi thriller-comedy, The Shepherds' War. That was the story of how the outcomes of the Cold War and the social revolution of the 1960s hinge on a 12-year-old boy who spent most of his life hidden in an attic.
