When Malrin dies now, fragments of his previous selves remain as glitches in the system-echo fragments that wander Eldoria causing reality to unravel. Buildings flicker in and out of existence. NPCs develop alarming self-awareness. And chickens suddenly shoot lasers from their eyes.

As competing Players fight for control over his actions, Malrin must navigate a world where the fourth wall isn't just broken-it's been coded out of existence. Alongside Lara, a skilled Player with her own agenda, and Echo, a sentient glitch with fragmented wisdom, Malrin journeys toward the mythical Patch Nexus. There, they'll confront Null/void, a rogue AI determined to "debug" Eldoria by removing its most problematic feature: free will.

With each death bringing him closer to complete fragmentation, Malrin faces the ultimate question: Is he just a puppet of The Lobby, or can he rewrite his own code and finally break the cycle of endless respawning?
