Practical tools for lasting change. A clear path to inner growth and a return to wholeness.

Most of us struggle with the same patterns-stress, self-doubt, unresolved emotions, and old stories we can't seem to shake. The Holland Method is a practical guide and sets a daily structure to break free from those patterns to build a healthier relationship with yourself.

Rooted in psychology, spirituality, and informed by mindfulness practices, this book offers straightforward exercises and reflections to help you:

  • Identify the thoughts and beliefs that keep you stuck
  • Reconnect with your inner voice as a source of wisdom and grounding
  • Understand and process emotions with clarity and compassion
  • Build daily practices that strengthen resilience and peace of mind

If you're looking for a structured but flexible way to heal, grow, and live with greater clarity, this book provides the map. With simple, repeatable tools, The Holland Method makes inner work accessible-so you can stop fighting yourself and start moving toward lasting wholeness.

Trone, James: - James Trone, M.A., LPC-MHSPJames Trone is a Licensed Professional Counselor and writer based in Nashville and Chattanooga. His work centers on helping people return to wholeness-guiding them through the layers of loss, trauma, and inner conflict that shape the human story. Before becoming a therapist, James worked in finance and commercial real estate, a season that taught him much about success but little about the soul. He later earned master's degrees in both Theological Studies (Reformed Theological Seminary) and Counseling (Trevecca Nazarene University), where his focus turned toward the deeper intersections of psychology, spirituality, and human transformation.James has advanced training in trauma-informed modalities including EMDR, Brainspotting, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). His integrative approach draws from attachment theory, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and contemplative practice. He believes that healing begins when we learn to listen-to the body, to our pain, and to the quiet truth within.Alongside his clinical work, James is an author and artist under the name Dawnos, creating music and meditation experiences that weave together presence, beauty, and the art of slowing down.At the heart of his work-whether in therapy, writing, or art-is a single intention: to help others live from their most authentic and connected self.
