Swami Vivekananda, born Narendranath Datta to the illustrious Vishwanath Datta and Bhuvaneshwari Devi, was an influential Hindu monk and philosopher from Bengal. A key figure in the Indian Renaissance, he helped reinterpret Hinduism within a cosmopolitan context and helped popularise its tenets in the West. The Idealistic Philosophy of Swami Vivekananda is a critical and comprehensive analysis of his thoughts and offers fresh insights into the fundamental aspects of his philosophy. This book explores his views on evolution, the concepts of Brahman-God-Jiva, the doctrines of Maya and Rebirth, the dichotomy between the certain and apparent nature of man and the eternal nature of life. This meticulously crafted book is an invaluable resource for scholars and students of Indian philosophy, as well as curious minds seeking to understand Swami Vivekananda's profound wisdom.
