By work of the Design, the Creators have been converting themselves from out their original causeless ill fated formulation of Intelligent Breath and Tiny Particles of Substance into their caused everlasting Trinity formulation of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance called Creation by their Will, Desire, and Action. Delahnnovahh-Starr Livingstone was born on March 16, 1939 in Montreal, Canada with the given birth name Clifton Ross Moore. He attended grade school in Winnipeg Manitoba, high school in Vancouver British Columbia, and studied four years at the University of British Columbia in the early sixties honoring in Mathematics and Philosophy. Starting in the early seventies Delahnnovahh-Starr underwent a Christ Melchizedek teaching which continued through the seventies. During the teachings he was given his Melchizedek spiritual name 'Delahnnovahh-Starr Livingstone', which means 'New Day'. From the teachings he first became fully familiar with the fundamentals of the higher dimensions. Constant consciousness expansion has followed since. In the summer of nineteen ninety eight he was, inter-dimensionally given a new responsibility.
