Available via Amazon, both on Kindle and as a published play. Mary explores the captivating relationships between author Thomas Hardy and all his leading ladies. She also writes about Thomas' relationship with his father and best friend plus a host of personal incites. Mary gets to the heart of Thomas Hardy's emotions and explores his troubled relationship with his wife, and later, with his true beloved.

Mary Harrison's play is about the life and times of her favourite novelist, Thomas Hardy. Mary was an avid fan and wrote the play in 1999. It is called The Ladies' Man. The manuscript was only discovered recently in an old bookcase. Available via Amazon, both on Kindle and as a published play. Mary started working as a journalist in Bedford, after the birth of her second son. Mary was a successful broadcaster on both radio and TV. For many years she contributed to London's LBC radio station. Mary was Paranormal Consultant on The Pete Murray Show. During her successful career as a professional writer, Mary toured many radio and TV stations throughout the UK. Mary discussed the many positive aspects of reincarnation, out-of-the-body experiences and the paranormal. She also appeared on the legendary Late, Late Show on RTE in Dublin. A Catholic nun took exception to Mary's interview with host Gay Byrne. A heated exchange ensued. Every bookshop in Ireland sold out of Mary & Peter Harrison books within 24 hours. Mary's most notable TV broadcast was on ITV's This Morning when she asked viewers to phone in with their paranormal experiences. Callers kept the ITV phone network constantly jammed. Richard and Judy were dumbfounded by the reaction Mary caused on that extraordinary Halloween day broadcast. Mary sadly passed away in 2002. She is deeply missed. Her husband Peter continues writing plays, screenplays and books. Peter lives 'far from the madding crowd' in Hampstead. In honour of her memory, he recently arranged the publication of Mary's play about Thomas Hardy
