Pastors and men are "types of undershepherds" for the Shepherd (Jesus Christ). The family is a ministry. Men are the undershepherds of their own families. Families are not just guided by the words of the leader. Families are mostly guided by the actions and examples the leader displays. Another ministry the Lord gives men is the jobs in which we are employed. We men are to be an undershepherd to the lost. Our examples and words in the workplace are highly important if we want to be a light for all those around us. School is yet another ministry to be a good light for the Lord. Men are to be an undershepherd for their peers. My prayer is for all pastors and men to find this devotional to be a help for everyday living. May the scriptures speak to you in your everyday life and in the everyday situations you encounter. May God bless all of you. May you grow stronger in your walk with and in the Lord! Amen!
