Because, "a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God: because they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them because they are spiritually appraised." This is why we need, today more than ever, "The Living Word!" Dr. Russell (Rusty) Houser has been the Senior Pastor of New Life Church in Vidalia, Georgia for the last 23 years. He also serves as Chaplain at Montgomery State Prison in Mt Vernon, Georgia. His teaching ministry, "The Living Word," has reached thousands of people through live streaming and his Blog.Rusty retired from the United States Naval Submarine force in 1995 as an ETCM (SS). Him and his lovely wife Tina have been married for the last 39 years and have two beautiful daughters, Brittany Hayes and Katie Houser, one son-in-law, Chris Hayes, and 5 wonderful grandchildren, Kaylee, Addison, Elizabeth, Georgia and Noah.
