Additional research led to the discovery that radar could also be used to rescramble matter and even to manipulate time itself. this Silver Anniversary Edition not only includes the original text of "The Montauk Project" as it appeared over twenty-five years ago but offers additional notations plus an extensively detailed account of over two decades of investigation which culminated with the scientific proof of time travel capabilities.

Moon, Peter: - Author and publisher, Peter Moon initially served as the ghost writer for Preston Nichols. Together, they wrote 5 books. Peter also investigated the Montauk Project and has written several other books on the topic, including his meeting with time travel scientist, Dr. David Anderson, who invited him to Romania. Peter has published five Romanian titles headed under the name "The Transylvania Series" covering futuristic archeological discoveries in that country. He is also the proprietor of The Time Travel Education Center, a website dedicated to educating the public about the scientific and psychological aspects of time travel.

Nichols, Preston B.: - One of the foremost experts in the world on electromagnetic phenomena, Preston Nichols worked as a radar technician and discovered he had been living a secret life at the Montauk Air Force Station where he participated in a project that used radar to influence the moods of living creatures and also to influence the weather and also matter. Eventually, this research expanded to manipulating time itself, sending people into the past and future.
