Sometimes we all need a helping hand. The animals in these stories know that very well. Together, they help each other overcome their fears, solve problems, and learn how to live happily and peacefully together.
They have lots of adventures. Squirrel must help save piglet who has fallen down the rabbit hole; little blackbird learns to fly for the first time; and together all the animals in the wood investigate where the sun has gone. They even work together to save their beloved big oak tree from the humans.
But the animals are not always well behaved. Sometimes they make mistakes, but they always learn from them. After eating all the childrens' easter eggs, the big fox finds himself in a race against time to replace them, and Rabbit learns that you must always treat people kindly.
Discover what the animals get up to and more in this magical collection of children's stories.

Tabrar, Pauline: - This is Pauline's third book to be published. Pauline's main love is writing poetry and she hopes one day to have a book of inspirational poetry published. She has a website but relies heavily on her husband Peter. Her granddaughter Rebecca calls them the 'Dream Team'. This book brings to life some of our beautiful animals, but it also speaks about some of the moral issues our children face. 'The Rabbit and the Hare', for example, is about bullying. The wonderful illustrations will hopefully make bullying a topic of conversation which young children can understand. Pauline herself has faced many difficulties in her life and she hopes that her stories may shine a light on some of the problems our young children face in a way that involves a lot of fun and laughter.
