Phillip Sebastian Porter is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, and business advisor. He has come a long way from his humble beginnings in Kansas City to the CEO of Generations United a family owned business. He is the caretaker of their family vision. Phillip received his MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. He has been married to his wife Janice for 31 years. They are the proud parents of three children and grandparent of one grandson. He loves to cruise the Caribbean. Janice M. Williams-Porter was born in Tylertown, MS and grew up in Progress, MS. She graduated from South Pike High School in Magnolia, MS and attended Jackson State University where she earned a B.S. degree in Biology and a Master's in Science. She earned a Specialist degree in Education from Saint Mary's University in MN. Janice fulfilled a lifelong dream by earning a Doctorate of Education in Leadership at Bethel University in Saint Paul, MN. She has worked in the field of Education for thirty years in numerous roles; as a principal, director, science specialist and teacher in traditional and non-traditional K-12 schools. She is co-founder of the national blue ribbon K-6 charter school Friendship Academy of Fine Arts located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She serves in her church as a Deaconess and Director of Christian Ed. Ministry. Vanessa Norwood Patterson is a Middle School Teacher at Jackson Middle School in Jackson, Alabama. Vanessa resides in Thomasville, Alabama with her husband, Larry Patterson. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Alabama A&M University in Huntsville, Alabama. Vanessa is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is an active member of the choir and praise team at Kiel Memorial Temple COGIC. Vanessa loves creative writing, singing, speaking, teaching, inspiring and motivating children, and spending time with family. Vonzella Love Watson is the proud parent of four children, a Christian Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is the owner and CEO of Collaborative Family Solutions, LLC. She is certified and does facilitate Prepare Enrich couples interventions. Vonzella graduated from Friends University with her Master's degree in Family Therapy. She served in the U. S. Air Force. Vonzella has appeared on radio broad cast such as "Love and Inspiration" Hosted by Marian Love, for KGGN 890 AM, Kansas City, discussing topics such as Christian Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Domestic Violence.
