About The Author

Thompson, May Rose: - "

The Reverend Dr. May Rose Thompson began her New Thought studies in 1972. Desiring to understand how to apply the studies to her life, she took more and more classes. Hearing about the 1972 May Time Retreat held at the Unity Village in Lee's Summit, Mo., She attended and it changed her life forever. In 1987, May started taking classes in Cleveland, Ohio, given by the, Universal Foundation for Better Living, Inc. founder, the Rev. Dr. Johnnie M. Colemon, and Senior Minister of Christ Universal Temple. Chicago, Ill.

May received her teacher's license in 1992 from the, Johnnie Colemon Institute, the teaching arm of the UFBL. In 1995, she was ordained, and installed as the minister of the Living Truth Center in East Cleveland, Oh. She served on the board of UFBL for several years. She currently has her own Alternative Ministry, Encompass Spiritual Principles.

Married to Ford Thompson for forty years, she has one daughter, Edwina, one, son Darrell, (deceased), and stepson, Ford Jr.
