Spencer-Smith, Gary: - Gary Spencer-Smith is an internationally recognized real estate investor and speaker with over 20 years of experience. He is the co-owner of RevNYou, a growing real estate education platform. Originally from the UK, Gary served in the Royal Navy for over 11 years. During his time in the Royal Navy, he had over 100 foreign visits and saw active conflicts. He worked in Naval Intelligence before obtaining a degree in electronic engineering and becoming a weapons system engineer. After retiring from military service, Gary immigrated to Canada and launched two companies-West Coast SLAM and Rental House Profits Inc, now operating under RevNYou. Utilizing his problem-solving mindset and "can-do" attitude from his time in the Navy, Gary has built his multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio and launched coaching and education programs for new real estate investors. He's currently an active investor with more than $10,000,000 in single family homes, commercial real estate, and resort properties. In 2019, REIN Canada awarded him the "Innovative Investor of the Year" and "Joint Venture of the Year" awards. Gary is based in British Columbia with his life partner and has four grown kids.
