His expertise in these critical issues is provided by both accredited education and real world hands on experience in these fields for 30 years; and he has conducted global research on issues of national security, the environment, training and transformation and he served as the Subject Matter Expert on these findings at a U.S. Congressional Testimony before the House Committee on Government Reform. He has a Ph.D. in Management, and completed both the War College and the Harvard University Program on Senior Executive Leadership. He has taught college and university Undergrad, MBA and Doctoral management courses from Tallahassee to Miami and Chairs MBA Thesis Researches studying critical issues including: Jobs and The Economy, Outsourcing, Projected Earnings Based on College Degree type and Health Care. He is a retired full Colonel with 33 years military service in the Guard, Reserves and Active Duty; and he has worked in Health Care for over 20 years covering the entire State of Florida from Pensacola to Miami. He has state-wide Environmental experience as he conducted the Environmental Inspections at every Florida National Guard facility from Pensacola to Miami. As a small business owner, he operates a small palm tree farm in Hillsborough County, Florida.
