You'll learn how Marciano developed his tremendous punch, the most dangerous in the ring today; how he compares with other champions; how he prepares for a fight; whom he considers the leading threats to his crown. Specializing in the three B's of sport-boxing, baseball and basketball, he also has had to handle everything from racing cars to tennis in his varied assignments.A graduate of Brooklyn's St. John's University, the young (24) native New Yorker is associate editor of Boxing and Wrestling Magazine and also a frequent contributor to TV Boxing in the ring field.Currently, he is working on a picture-and-text book, The Giants of New York. A frustrated first baseman who was tall enough (6'2") but couldn't hit a curve, Bob confides that he roots for both the Giants and Brooklyn Dodgers.
