Alex currently runs her own strength & conditioning business, Perform Fitness, and consults for the Rugby Football Union. Alex has a Sports Science degree and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength & Conditioning Association and an Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach with the UK Strength & Conditioning Association. This is her second book.
