People are attracted to leaders with a servant's heart. People believe that leaders with a servant's heart genuinely care. A change in the organizational culture is necessary in order to transform the manner in which many organizations operate. The adoption and implementation of The Servant Organization Framework will ultimately lead to higher performance results for the organization. The Servant Organization is a framework which, when implemented, stimulates creativity, mission focus, performance results and job satisfaction within organizations. This book is intended to be an overview examination of the interdependent nature of the various leadership and management elements of The Servant Organization with an eye toward giving the reader insight as to how an organizational culture can be transformed; and, what is needed to transform it.
