Margherita Canale Degrassi completed her violin studies at the Music Conservatory in Trieste. She holds a degree in Musicology from the University of Pavia and a PhD in Musicology from the University of Padua, where she wrote a thesis on the thematic catalogue of Giuseppe Tartini's concertos. She has published on authors of instrumental music of the 18th and 19th centuries, orchestral ensembles, instrumental praxis, violin technique and didactics. She has identified new compositions of Giuseppe Tartini and promoted the first performance and recording. Currently, she is collaborating on the edition of Tartini's opera omnia.

Paolo Da Col completed his musical training in Bologna and pursued Musicology studies at the Università Ca' Foscari in Venice and the Centre d'études supérieures de la Renaissance in Tours. Interested in Renaissance and pre-classical music from a young age, he has always viewed research and performance as closely connected. Since 1998 he has conducted the vocal ensemble Odhecaton. He currently serves as the librarian at the Conservatorio Benedetto Marcello in Venice. He is also an editor of music and an author of catalogues and essays on the history of Renaissance and pre-classical vocal music.
