It demonstrates how the System influences the powers of the Republic and how it steers the Judiciary towards its own interests, seeking to dismantle democracy. Among its characteristics is the manipulation of the country's legal framework to its advantage, in order to legitimise or conceal its abusive practices towards society and its conduct detrimental to the public interest in its restructuring in defiance of constitutional rules.
