Chris Stack was born in Aston, a suburb of Birmingham, England, in 1949. He currently lives in Australia with his partner and the two dogs that she foisted upon him. He spends his days pottering in the garden, taking Rocky and Xena for walks, and writing songs for the band folkTrain, of which he is a founder member.
