"I'm no Helen Keller!" The narrator tells the reader early in this saga. WHY? A doctor's experiments gave her sight just before school age.HOWEVER, "It's NOT like the movies depict! You don't just wake up form 'landmark eye surgery' and see clearly."This novel is based on a true story. In reality, Hope's physical disabilities start by slowing her learning and chances at 'the good life' that education provides.Compounding her sight issues, her dad suffers with bipolar disorder wreaking havoc on her family life? Will Hope break her dysfunctional chains? What miracle- of medicine or faith- changes the direction of her life? Does this girl ever gain vision? Is it physical or spiritual? Why does Hope's story even matter? In spite of all her issues, this girl finds ways to rise to any occasion by stooping to honor other BEINGS- especially her image of God. What is THE VISION that sustains her? Do her thoughts keep her sane, or is this lady lost in her own imagination? Does she ever succeed in life? Find out through this book.Or- at the very least, BE INSPIRED! Find your vision by gaining sight and insight! COME ON BUY this book.

"I'm telling mom!" As a child, that became my mantra as I cried at her feet trying to recount why my tears flowed. I found unless a situation could be remedied by me I'd weep- again. I wrote diaries about being the 'middlest' child. My first nom de plume could have been Cry Baby; mom nicknamed me Cinder Ella. Was she insinuating that my siblings might not be related to me or that I was worthy of Prince Charming? My latest release is a children's book called Just ME; as a middle child, the main character daydreams of being someone special; she's wishing her life away! Meanwhile, God led me to my first published book at thirty-three; my tale makes people cry with me until they spot miracles in my book- Mom's on the Roof.... Before I wrote about 'life after death, ' Christian based NDEs, etc.- I was a 'computer system analyst' college major. It makes sense that my first book was non-fiction; some call it fantasy. Now, that that's out of the way, when I write non-fiction telling the whole truth, I use my name or Cynthia Meyers-Hanson. If I embellish, take poetic license, and tell my side of- I mean the main character's side of- a story I use my pen name or Sydney S. Song. BTW- I understand Helen in this story because I suffer my own eye issues- which is why I chose to participate preparing 'The Vision.'
