She holds a BA degree with distinction from the University of Toronto and is a member of ACTRA (Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists) and a Professional Member of AIN (Applied Improvisation Network). Tracy is the author of The "Yes And" Business Evolution: Improv Skills for Leadership and Life, dedicated to helping leaders and teams communicate better. She is a lover of live music, art, nature, film, bicycle riding, and, of course, improv. Tracy lives in Toronto and is deeply grateful for her daily video chats and in-person gatherings with her daughter Allysha and Flo the Cat. She can be found riding her bicycle in her community most days.
