Inclusion and Diversity are two terms that in recent years have been mentioned and written from various sciences and perspectives to refer to the consequences generated by human attitudes of exclusion and intolerance for not accepting people as they are and identifyIts importance lies fundamentally in the fact that inclusion must be seen, transmitted and sensitized as an element of fundamental value for the human being. While, through human diversity, it must be accepted that the 21st century allowed the awakening of the deepest feelings of people who have traditionally been victims of social condemnation for being different, especially those who have diverse sexual options. While it is true that many of the social sciences have developed excellent research and studies with proposals of all kinds, in addition to the fact that in many countries laws are being passed to protect and guarantee the rights of these people, the truth is that from religion and in many cases churches there are different positions: on the one hand, there are those who work from the pastoral and social point of view; and, on the other hand, there are those that reject diverse populations. Theology has almost always been distant for anyone, that is why writing and doing theology should not only be directed in a traditional way for others who do theology, or for those who read it, or for those who interpret it from their own human conceptions.Theology must evolve and not remain as that traditional theology that although it is true can give guidelines and knowledge to transmit the word of God, on issues such as inclusion and diversity it must take a step forward so that through it it can be direct the life of humanity in accordance with what the sacred scriptures tell us in peace and coexistence among all. To get to know what I call the Theology of Inclusion and Diversity, it is necessary before, to open the paths that lead us to understand it in the best possible way, to see it as a new Theology; and, finally, use it, on the one hand, to accept that the excluded and diverse populations are children of God and on the other hand to carry the message to all humanity that this child of God deserves one and a thousand opportunities in this life as any another person. With this book I want to analyze and reflect on the historical and philosophical reasons why groups of people have been forgotten, marginalized or self-isolated from theology in general and therefore in their relationship with God; and, my objective is to sensitize societies through a proposal of theological current or theological study, so that those who are socially excluded for various reasons and those who represent other forms of social diversity are accepted as they are and theology is the bridge for their incorporation or reincorporation in their Faith in God and they can live fully. This contribution to try to change the problems of humanity is made from the depths of my being, with humility, from a substantial process of research with academic seriousness to contribute and spread knowledge with proposals that generate discussion, acceptance, and tolerance with the only desire to leave a better world. What he must move the world to have what I call new humanity, goes beyond the limits of all sciences; and, the only way is by conceiving the human being as the noblest and willing to give themselves to help others. From Theology, let's give you the tools you need.
