A.N. Shankar, B.E. (Civil), M.Tech. (Computer Aided Design of Structures), has more than a decade of experience in both teaching and civil consultancy. He has to his credit numerous textbooks on various Civil Engineering subjects viz. Structural Concrete, Indeterminate Structures, and Matrix Methods of Structural Analysis. He has also published various articles related to Civil Engineering domain. Presently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. His areas of subject include Cement Concrete Nanocomposites, Structural Safety, and Structural Mechanics.
