The monograph touches the eternal theme exciting the thought of mankind for centuries - about the time, space, and energy, about the fabric of the Universe. With the General Theory of Relativity, Einstein changed the notion about the absoluteness of the time and space, formed by the "local" existence of mankind in a region of a constant intensity of the gravitational field (on the surface of the planet Earth).Primarily, we must become aware that space is stationary, and this is a consequence of Newton's law of universal gravitation because space has no mass and the gravitational forces do not affect the space (F=G (m1.m2)/r 2). The gravitational force affects the space by contracting it. The misunderstanding of the dominant part of the physical society consists in the fact that the contraction (warping) of space moves along with the celestial bodies, but the space remains stationary! The monograph starts with a general introduction to the existed problem in modern physics about the CONSTANCY OF THE SPEED OF LIGHT. This problem must be concerned in two aspects. THE FIRST ASPECT of the problem concerns the speed of light IN VACUUM that concerns the global physical reality of the Universe. The speed of light in vacuum depends on the intensity of the gravitational field and this fact has been proven experimentally as early as 1964 by American astrophysicist Dr. Irwin I. Shapiro (Shapiro time delay effect). The result of this experiment was confirmed later much more precisely using controlled transponders aboard the space probes "Mariner-6" and "Mariner-7" as they orbited the planet Mars.THE SECOND ASPECT concerns the speed of light in moving frames of reference in a local time-spatial domain with a uniform intensity of the gravitational field, which is primarily relevant to the validity of the special theory of relativity. All the "unexpected" and "inexplicable" results of the famous experiments related to the behavior and measurement of the speed of light carried out in the time-spatial region "near the surface of the Earth" meet actually their scientific explanation, according to the classical mechanics and the Galilean relativity. All the facts prove that the claim "THE SPEED OF LIGHT IS THE SAME FOR ALL THE FRAMES OF REFERENCE" is wrong. The presented factual analysis of the article "ON THE ELECTRODYNAMICS OF MOVING BODIES" shows exactly where and how the false claim "the speed of light is the same for all inertial frames of reference" was applied, and actually reveals the essence of the special theory of relativity. Moreover, the essence of the so-called "fundamental tests of the special theory of relativity", which have considered as three major types, are revealed. Kurt Gödel demonstrated the "Theorems of Incompleteness" by using the trick called "liar paradox". The essence of the "liar paradox" is that the "truth" value of a statement cannot be evaluated by reference to a previously accepted value of the statement itself (self-referring). So far, most of the experiments related to the behavior and measurement of the speed of light in our time-spatial domain "near the surface of the Earth" have been explained by modern physics (above all), using this "trick". As a result, false explanations are named "scientific explanations".Concerning the general theory of relativity - the idea that space and time are not absolute is genius. The reasons, however, why the Einstein Field Equations cannot be valid in the scope of the entire Universe are indisputable. Along with the "awareness" that the speed of light in vacuum is not a constant for the entire Universe, the "awareness" with key importance lies in the answer to the question: "What is the difference between the mathematical equations and the equations of the theoretical physics?" As a result of that "awareness" follows the logical conclusion that the Einstein Field Equations (EFE) in the General theory of relativity cannot be valid in the scope of the entire Universe.
