SANGEETA SHARMA is a distinguished Professor at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, specializing in Advertising, Technical Communication, Creative Thinking, and Linguistics. Her academic contributions include 29 books and 62 research papers in renowned journals in advertising, gender studies, and communication. Her accolades include Best Management Teacher, Best Paper, and Outstanding Editor awards. A licensed trainer for the internationally recognized Springboard Development Program (U.K.), empowering women, she has proved her leadership roles in various committees. Besides mentoring Ph.D. candidates, she has also shown her exemplary dedication to education.|BINOD MISHRA is a Professor of English at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.
