Tilda sieht das anders.

F�r sie ist der Hunsr�ck zuerst vor allem eins: kein Meer. Kein Hotel. Kein richtiger Ferienort. Kein Abenteuer. Nur Regen, Pf�tzen, Dorfstra e und ein Hund namens Bruno, der sich auff�hrt, als w�re er B�rgermeister.

Doch Opa Jakob hat f�nfzehn Karten vorbereitet. F�nfzehn echte Spuren. F�nfzehn kleine Beweise gegen Tildas schlechte Laune. Und ehe sie richtig merkt, worauf sie sich eingelassen hat, steht sie mit einem Schieferstein in der Hand auf uraltem Meeresboden, h�rt im Wald einem Specht zu, sucht nach einer Wildkatze, die sich nicht zeigen will, lernt, warum ein Moor kein Matsch ist, und steht irgendwann vor einer Br�cke, auf der Mut pl�tzlich nicht mehr gro klingt, sondern im Bauch wackelt.

Gemeinsam mit Opa Jakob und Joris, der den Hunsr�ck verteidigt, als geh�re er pers�nlich zu seiner Familie, entdeckt Tilda einen Ort, der viel mehr ist als Wald und Regen: den Erbeskopf, den Nationalpark Hunsr�ck-Hochwald, den Keltenring Otzenhausen, Belginum, den Tier-Erlebnispark Bell, die Flugausstellung Hermeskeil, die Geierlay, die Edelsteinregion um Idar-Oberstein, Felsenlandschaften, B�che, Nachtger�usche - und Geschichten, die man nicht einfach sch�nreden darf.
