Pickerill/Godson's TODAY'S TECHNICIAN: AUTOMOTIVE BRAKE SYSTEMS, CLASSROOM AND SHOP MANUAL, 8th Edition, includes everything you need to understand, diagnose and repair today's brake systems and prepare for ASE certification and career success as an automotive technician. Using thorough coverage, accurate, up-to-date details and illustrations, the text offers a two-volume approach, allowing for easy and coherent delivery in classroom and shop environments. Volume one, Classroom Manual, covers the theory and application of the total brake system, subsystem and components. Volume two, Shop Manual, explores symptoms, diagnostics and repairs and is ideal for use as a reference on the job. The 8th edition aligns with the ASE Education Foundation 2022 accreditation model and features job sheets correlated to specific MLR, AST and MAST tasks that can be adapted to any vehicle fleet.
