Euro in China". Fast jeden Tag kann man in deutschen Zeitungen lesen, dass deutsche Firmen, wie zuletzt Volkswagen, Lufthansa, Bosch und BMW, hohe Investitionen in China tätigen, um dort Produktionsstätten zu errichten bzw. auszubauen. Im Gleichschritt werden deutsche Angestellte jener Firmen ebenfalls nach China gesendet, um beim Aufbau mitzuwirken. Vor kurzer Zeit, während eines Sprachkurses, traf der Autor der Arbeit mehrere Mitarbeiter von Bosch, die einen längeren Aufenthalt in China vor sich hatten. Einem jedem wird schnell klar, dass ein Land wie China sich von deutschen Gegebenheiten ma geblich unterscheidet, zum Beispiel sprachlich, aber auch kulturell. Brauchen also jene Mitarbeiter, die international tätig sind oder gar für längere Zeit ins Ausland gehen, ein Training, um ihren Auslandseinsatz erfolgreich bestehen zu können? Wie soll das Training aussehen? Warum soll es so aussehen? Diese Fragen werden in der vorliegenden Seminararbeit behandelt und beantwortet. Die Seminararbeit soll Unternehmen helfen zu erkennen, warum ein Training für Mitarbeiter in internationalen Tätigkeitsfeldern vorteilhaft ist und wie dieses aussehen könnte bzw. laut der Theorie auszusehen hat. Vorgehensweise Im Folgenden wird zunächst die Wichtigkeit des Trainings für Mitarbeiter in internationalen Tätigkeitsfeldern herausgestellt und dabei vor allem auf das Thema der Auslandsentsendung eingegangen, da dies die in Theorie und Praxis meist diskutierte und wichtigste Form der internationalen Tätigkeiten ist. Weiterhin werden die Kriterien für eine optimale Trainingswahl vorgestellt und es wird auf den Aufbau des Trainings eingegangen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der kulturellen Vorbereitung
