Moustafa started in the work filed from the age of 16 while still a student. He worked his way in the IT filed until reaching the position of Director of Information and Technology while he was 25 years old. While a university student he published his first book titled "Biometrics, what and how" it was sold on Amazon and Lulu publishing. After he wrote that book he was an invited guest speaker at the 6th Annual Security Conference in Las Vegas, After his return from the conference his university that he had just graduated from invited him to be a guest speaker at their Delta Academy Science Conference, which he was more than happy to attend. After 8 years in the field of Information and technology he realized that it is not fulfilling his ambition and desire to help people and educate them allowing them to obtain better career chances, so a career switch was made. He joined the aviation filed and started as normal check-in agent until in 1 year span he moved is way to the training department and was a senior training instructor. From that time and until now he has been involved in the freelance training filed and career assessment and coaching. In the year 2015 he published his second book titled "Training, what and how - a comprehensive guide for new trainers" which is sold on amazon, shops and library's across USA, and now he is the Training and Career Coach in AWTAD NGO.
