Dr. Carlos Rompante Cunha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Informatics and Mathematics at Bragança Polytechnic University, Portugal. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Trás-Os-Montes e Alto Douro, Portugal. He has been a research member for several projects. His prolific academic contributions include over 120 papers published in international journals and conferences. Active in the academic community, he serves on the scientific committees of several international journals and conferences, frequently reviewing papers. His leadership roles have included directing the Informatics and Communications BSc program, coordinating the Department of Informatics and Mathematics, and coordinating the EsACT Computer Resources Center. Currently, he holds the position of vice-dean of EsACT. As a researcher at the Research Centre in Digitalization and Intelligent Robotics (CeDRI) and the Laboratório Associado para a Sustentabilidade e Tecnologia em Regiões de Montanha (SusTEC), his research areas include Pervasive and Mobile Computing, Distributed Systems, Extended Reality, IoT, and Machine Learning.

Dr. Nishu Gupta is a Senior Scientist at the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd, located in Oulu, Finland. Before this position, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Smart Wireless Systems research group, Department of Electronic Systems, Faculty of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Gjøvik, Norway. He has worked as Research Associate in the Smart Living Lab, at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. Prior to this position, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Information Technology, Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, King Abdulaziz University in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. He is also a visiting researcher at the University of Oviedo, Spain under the research group on Systems for Multimedia and the Internet of Things. He is serving as a Member, Zero Trust Architecture working group of MeitY-C-DAC-STQC project under 'e-Governance Standards and Guidelines', Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India. He is a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad, Prayagraj, India with specialization in Vehicular Adhoc Networks. His research interests include IoT; 5G/6G technologies; Dynamic Spectrum Sensing, Intelligent Transportation, Edge computing; etc.

Dr. Srinivasa Kiran Gottapu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Benedict College, Columbia, South Carolina, USA. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Texas, USA. Prior to his academic tenure, he worked as a Senior Cloud Engineer at HCL America Inc., and as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of North Texas. His academic and industry experience spans embedded systems, wireless communications, signal processing, and cloud-based AI solutions. Dr. Gottapu has been actively involved in interdisciplinary research, particularly focusing on cognitive radio networks, blockchain applications in wireless systems, AI-driven learning analytics, and assistive technologies. He serves as a reviewer for IEEE conferences and journals and is engaged in curriculum innovation and undergraduate research mentorship at Benedict College. His current research interests include 6G wireless networks, IoT security frameworks, and AI applications in education and digital health.
