A leader, author, speaker, and counselor, Dr. Kristi Lemley is an ordinary woman who has committed her life to Christ. Whether she is ministering one-on-one, in church services, conferences, retreats or events, Kristi connects in a transparent way that breaks spiritual barriers. An ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Kristi serves the churches in her section as the Presbyter and just completed her Doctorate of Ministry. Kristi and her husband Kraig reside in Brighton, Illinois with their dog Kooper and their cat Kallie. In her free time, Kristi enjoys traveling, reading, hanging out with family and friends, and finding good bargains shopping.
In 2003, Kristi formed Living in the Light Ministries, an international ministry with the MISSION to contend for revival and transform lives by connecting the Word of God to everyday living. Our VISION is to reach people globally who need salvation, healing, freedom, hope, encouragement, and a helping hand through media, speaking, conferences, written word, mentoring, and outreach programs. Above all, we are Lord led, then we VALUE prayer, integrity, honesty, and excellence. Kristi also owns a counseling practice called CalmWaters Counseling & Resource Center, Inc. where she has been in private practice since 2000 changing lives for the better. She leads a team of six counselors and two assistants.
Kristi became the host of a radio show called "Living in the Light" on KJSL radio station in St. Louis. During that time, Kristi helped hundreds of people sort through everyday difficulties they faced and encouraged many to grow in their relationship with Christ. She also served as a guest host for the popular "Talk from the Heart" radio show hosted by Dr. Debra Peppers on the same station. Kristi has also been on multiple television and radio programs including CTN, Cornerstone Network, and CRU (formerly know as Campus Crusade for Christ). Kristi hosted an international television program called Living in the Light on Unshackled TV through Roku from 2016-2019. Currently, Kristi is the host of the podcast Living in the Light with Dr. Kristi Lemley on Charisma Media.
