An dieser Entwicklung hat die Transistorme technik, die sich mit den Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Kennwerte und Kenngr� en des Transistors be- sch�ftigt, in ganz entscheidendem Ma e Anteil. Eine geschlossene Darstellung der vielf�ltigen Me verfahren erscheint deshalb zum gegenw�rtigen Zeitpunkt als gerechtfertigt. Die Entstehung einer "Transistorme technik" hat verschiedene Ursachen: Der Transistor mu , seiner Funktionsweise entsprechend, durch mehr Kennwerte beschrieben werden als die in dieser Hinsicht wesentlich angenehmere Elektronen- r�hre. Die Kennwerte h�ngen zudem von einer ganzen Reihe von Parametern wie Frequenz, Arbeitspunkt, Temperatur ab, die es dem Hersteller aus wirtschaftlichen Gr�nden versagen, auch nur ann�hernd ausreichendes Datenmaterial f�r die vielen Anwendungsbereiche bereitzustellen. Auch die relativ leicht eintretende Gefahr der �berlastung des Transistors zwingt den Hersteller, eine gr� ere Anzahl von Kenn- werten und Sicherheitsgrenzen anzugeben, die durchweg auf experimentellem Wege kontrolliert werden. Schlie lich veranla ten - vor allem in der ersten Entwicklungs- phase - die gro en, heute durch die Planartechnologie eingeengten Streuungen der Kenngr� en einen hohen me technischen Aufwand seitens des Herstellers, um dem Anwender einigerma en vertretbare Streugrenzen herausmessen zu k�nnen. Gegenstand der Transistorme technik sind nicht die grunds�tzlichen schwach- stromtechnischen Me verfahren schlechthin, sondern ihre Anpassung und An- wendung auf den Transistor unter Beachtung seiner Besonderheiten. Die F�lle der bekannt gewordenenVerfahren versagte es von vornherein, �ber das zum Ver- st�ndnis grunds�tzlich Notwendige hinauszugehen, und die vielen Schaltungs- auslegungen im Detail zu analysieren. Diese K�rzung d�rfte zugunsten einer �ber- sichtlicheren Darstellung vertretbar sein.
