B. Sellitto holds a BS and MS in engineering, and he is also qualified in program management. Involved in senior contract management consulting, he has produced a number of industry publications. J. Barrier, a behavior and management consultant in New Jersey holds a BA in education and psychology and a MA in education. Mr. Sellitto's ground breaking and ongoing studies into "Trusted Relationships" was born out of his research into "Service Provider Quality & Liability" which lead his publications in the 1970's at the "Product Liability Conference" and his publication in the "American Society of Qualities 1975 Quality Progress Edition" on "Product Safety" where he presented a article on "Liability in the Service Industry". As a result of his many findings into "Trust Failures" and the damage to "Trusted Relationships"(c) he began a lifelong search for the Cause, Impact and a Cure.
