A certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he brings expertise in process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational excellence.Passionate about developing the next generation of leaders, Dr. Mackey helps students connect real-world experience with theory to navigate complex challenges with confidence and integrity.
