Unlock the Power of Human Connection for Enduring Success

What does it take to rise through the ranks to become a leader of Coldwell Banker/CBRE, navigate a financial crisis, summit some of the world's tallest peaks, survive a catastrophic plane explosion-and still come out stronger?

In the newly expanded second edition of Truth & Trust: Resilience & Strong Relationships Build Lasting Success, real estate developer and businessman Dick Clotfelter shares gripping personal stories and hard-won lessons from a remarkable life-one shaped by integrity, perseverance, and the unshakable value of human relationships.

From leading the acquisition of a major real estate firm during Seattle's Boeing Bust to co-developing landmark skyscrapers and weathering betrayal in billion-dollar boardrooms, Clotfelter's story offers both inspiration and practical wisdom. But beyond the deals and the drama, this book is about people-and how trust, truth, and resilience are the real building blocks of success.
