Rev. Marty Younkin, affectionally known as "Minister Marty, the Marryin' Man," has tied the knot for thousands of couples for almost 50 years. He has a Masters of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He served as a Singles Pastor for many years until he worked himself out of a job by marrying off the singles and turning them into couples. Rev. Younkin is the Founder and Executive Director of LoveNotes DFW Clergy Services in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. LoveNotes is a highly respected organization of non-denominational ministers who provide ministerial services for weddings, vow renewals, memorial services, baptisms, children dedications, quinceañeras and counseling. Marty is married to his bride and best friend, Carol Sage-Younkin, with whom he collaborated in writing this book. They have three children and live in the Dallas metroplex.
