Holger Göbel

Jahrgang 1963, Studium der Elektrotechnik an der Technischen Universität München; 1988 bis 1993 Forschungstätigkeit am Institut für Hoch- und Höchstfrequenztechnik sowie am Institut für Elektronik der Universität der Bundeswehr in München; 1993 Promotion; ab 1994 Industrietätigkeit bei Siemens, Bereich Halbleiter, heute Infineon Technologies, im Bereich der Entwicklung von Halbleiterspeichern; seit 1997 Professor für Elektronik an der Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr in Hamburg mit den Forschungsgebieten der Modellierung von Halbleiterbauelementen sowie dem Entwurf und der Simulation mikroelektronischer Schaltungen.
