Uncle Jim tells of his own childhood memories that inspired him to begin coaching youth baseball. Throughout the pages of this book, Uncle Jim reminisces over various situations he encountered during his forty year coaching career. He provides valuable tips for coaches and parents currently involved in Little League, and shares insight from his own experience as a team coach and manager. Many coaches and parents, or the baseball enthusiast in general, will be able to relate to some of these situations, producing a chuckle or a smile, as they journey through Uncle Jim's stories. Coaching and working with kids has been a lifetime passion for Uncle Jim. He shares his stories with great enthusiasm for Little League baseball, in a light hearted, fun format.
