Welche Systemelemente sind zu analysieren, welche Erkenntnisse lassen sich aus einer Systemanalyse gewinnen, wo liegen die typischen Problemstellungen von IK-Systemen und mit welchen Dokumentationen lassen sich Analyseergebnisse be- schreiben? - Dies sind die hier im Vordergrund stehenden Fragen.
