Die poetischen und philosophischen Texte, auf die sich die Aufgaben beziehen, sind in dem für die Schüler gedachten Textebuch des Modells zusammengestellt.

Der Autor: Alwin Binder lehrte nach seiner Referendar- und Studienassessorzeit von 1970 bis 1996 Neuere deutsche Literatur am Germanistischen Institut der Universität Münster. Neben Veröffentlichungen zu Goethe (vor allem zu Faust), zur Literaturinterpretation und zur Kinder- und Jugendliteratur, schrieb er, gemeinsam mit Dietrich Scholle, ein zweibändiges Unterrichtsmodell zur politischen Lyrik vom Mittelalter bis zum Vormärz.
