Im Rahmen der Institutsarbeiten stellte sich die Aufgabe, die M�glichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Arbeitszeiteinteilung f�r den einzelnen Arbeitnehmer bei kontinuierlicher Arbeitsweise zu untersuchen. Als Ergebnis sollte festgestellt werden, auf welche Weise und in welchem Umfange durch betriebsorganisatori- sche Ma nahmen die Sonntagsruhe des einzelnen Arbeitnehmers auch dann gesichert werden kann, wenn es erforderlich ist, gewerbliche Anlagen an Sonn- tagen ununterbrochen oder mit einer Unterbrechung von 8 oder 16 Stunden in Betrieb zu halten. Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt zun�chst, welche M�glichkeiten f�r die Berechnung von Schichtwechselpl�nen und der w�hrend ihrer Dauer auftretenden freien Sonntage bestehen. Dann folgen die Bedingungen, die zu setzen waren, um die Verh�ltnisse in der betrieblichen Praxis zutreffend zu ber�cksichtigen. Die weiteren Abschnitte enthalten Zusammenstellungen von ausgef�hrten Schichtwechselpl�nen 1. Zum Schlu wird dann in einer Zusammenfassung nochmals ein kurzer �ber- blick �ber die aufgezeigten M�glichkeiten zur L�sung der gestellten Probleme sowie eine kritische Betrachtung der Ergebnisse gegeben. 1 Dieser Bericht enth�lt nur eine beispielhafte Auswahl der ausgef�hrten Schichtwechsel- pl�ne. Wenn in Tabellen auf weitere Pl�ne Bezug genommen wird, so handelt es sich um solche, die aus Platzgr�nden weggelassen werden mu ten. - Die Sammlung aller ausgef�hrten Schichtwechselpl�ne kann jedoch vom Institut bezogen werden. 7 2. Theoretische Grundlagen f�r den Aufbau von Schichtwechselpl�nen 2.0 Die Berechnung von Schichtwechselpl�nen Die Berechnung eines Schichtwechselplanes kann ausgehen von der Zahl der erforderlichen Schichtbelegschaften je Arbeitsplatz oder von der durchschnitt- lichen w�chentlichenArbeitszeit je Schichtbelegschaft.
