Dig Deeper Lead Stronger

Unturned Stones: Exploring a Leadership Dialect for Such a Time as This is a heartfelt and compelling call to lead with courage, humility, and purpose. Drawing from personal experience, faith, and timeless principles of servant leadership, Ranjith Abraham challenges readers to ask better questions, cultivate belonging, and steward their influence with authenticity.

Blending powerful storytelling with practical insight, this book invites leaders to dig deeper-examining the foundations beneath their leadership while building cultures marked by learning, collaboration, forgiveness, and lifelong growth. From the dinner table to the boardroom, Abraham reminds us that true leadership begins with connection and is sustained by character.

Endorsed by respected voices across business, ministry, entrepreneurship, and the military, Unturned Stones equips leaders in every arena to confront the urgency of our time with clarity, conviction, and grace. This is more than a leadership book-it is a call to uncover what is true, inspire others toward greatness, and lead with lasting impact.

Abraham, Ranjith: - Born to missionary parents in India, Ranjith immigrated to the United States in 2010, and considers it a blessing to be a husband and a father. He lives by the mantra: "Thrive by helping others thrive." In that vein, he desires to transform the corporate world into a space that exudes a sense of belonging by pointing leaders back to the basics. As a qualified engineer, Ranjith has worked for fifteen years in the pharmaceutical regulatory domain in a variety of leadership roles and has a passion for people. He volunteers his time serving in the church band and being a trustee of a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing education to kids in particular impoverished communities. His online devotional "The Second Shout" and his band "Miles Apart" are humble attempts at exercising stewardship.
