Noch erstaunlicher ist, d diese Unklarheit in den begrifflichen Anfangsgrtinden keine Fol- gen hat, die den einen oder andern beunruhigen. Deshalb soli hier versucht werden, Interesse flir diesen Bereich der gesellschaftlichen Angelegenheiten zu wecken. Da die zuktinftige Rechtsgestaltung wesentlich von der Auslegung dieser Begriffe mitbestimmt wird, hangt flir aile sehr viel davon ab, welche Meinungen dazu sich durchsetzen wer- den. Die Frage, wer in welchem Sinne tiber diese Begriffe Einflu auf das gesellschaft- liche Leben nehmen wird, geht jeden etwas an. Dabei liegt es nahe, den Psychiater zuerst einmal zu fragen, ob es tiberhaupt brauchbare Defmitionen von, Personlichkeit" und "Erleben" gibt. Urn diese Begriffe unmiliverstandlich zu defmieren, ist ailerdings eine methodische Einstellung notig, bei der konsequent zwischen Form und Inhalt psychologischer und psychopathologischer Gegebenheiten unterschieden wird. Wird diese Unterscheidung gemacht, dann entfallt die Unbestimmtheit der wechselseitigen Beziehungen zwischen den Begriffen Verantwortlichkeit, Personlichkeit und Erleben in eben dem M e, in dem die Begriffe Form und Inhalt selbst klar und bestimmt hervortreten.
