The book “Vidurniti-50 Lessons For Entrepreneurs” is a small attempt in connecting ancient wisdom with today’s business world of Entrepreneurship. Vidura was the only person who stood up against any injustice during Mahabharata times. He not only opposed the injustice done against the Pandava’s Succession plan but also stood up when Draupadi was humiliated in public eyes. This book is a dialogue between Vidura and Dhritrashtra on “How to run a Kingdom” which I have tried to connect with “How to Run a Company”.

Prof (Dr) Sanjeev Chaturvedi has joined GIMS (GNIOT Institute of Management Studies) as Director. Previously he was associated with EDII (Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India) Ahmadabad as Chairman of PG Program and was deputed as Advisor at Tashkent, Uzbekistan at India Uzbekistan Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IUEDC). Dr. Chaturvedi has travelled to more than 40 Countries. He is a seasoned academician, an academic administrator, author and a philosopher with a firm grip on entrepreneurship and International Economics with 35 Years of Experience working across Industry and Academics. During his academic journey he has served as Associate Dean at IILM-Business School-New Delhi, as Professor at Amity University, Noida campus, as Dean at Symbiosis Group, Pune and Chief Academic Officer at NGASCE- Narsee Monjee University, Mumbai. He was also visiting faculty to California State University, San Bernardino, Los Angeles USA and Birkbeck University, London, UK regularly. He has also worked as DG- National Institute of MSME, (ni-msme) Hyderabad. Dr. Chaturvedi is also on various boards of Ministry of MSME, Ministry of External Affairs, Symbiosis International University/ Sharda University-Tashkent. Dr Chaturvedi has written 5 books on Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
