Erst in Kombination mit engagierten Mitarbeitern, die ihr Fach verstehen und mit Leidenschaft ihre Aufgaben verrichten sind die Voraussetzungen f�r Erfolg und langfristiges bestehen am Markt gegeben. Ein Unternehmen soll kein Ort mehr sein, wo man nur das Geld verdient und starr die Regeln befolgt, es muss zu einem Teil des Lebens werden. Das Ziel der Motivation ist es, aus den Mitarbeitern, die dem Unternehmen gegen�ber negativ eingestellt sind, aktive und wertvolle Teamspieler, die eigene Ideen einbringen und aktiv an Unternehmenszielen mitwirken zu entwickeln und langfristig zu erhalten. Doch wie schafft man die Mitarbeiter so zu motivieren? Bez�glich dieses Themas gibt es sehr viele unterschiedliche theoretische Auffassungen. In dieser Hausarbeit werde ich hierf�r einige Vertreter vorstellen, sowie wage anhand eines praktischen Beispiels eine praxisbezogene Umsetzung.
