Im darauf folgenden Kapitel erfolgt eine detaillierte Untersuchung der Ungleichheiten, die in der Vorschule und Grundschule bestehen. Anschlie end wird der Bildungsweg von Kindern mit Migrationshintergrund eingehend betrachtet, da diese Gruppe besonders stark unter den systemischen Nachteilen leidet. Abschlie end wird das schwedische Schulsystem vorgestellt, wobei Aufbau, Vorteile gegenüber dem deutschen System und die besonderen Merkmale hervorgehoben werden. Auf Basis dieser Erkenntnisse wird ein Modell entwickelt, um die Vorschule so zu gestalten, dass alle Kinder mit gleichen Chancen in ihre Schullaufbahn starten können. Die Bildung schafft in unserer jetzigen Gesellschaft den Grundstein für das spätere Leben. Es erhöht die Chance für Berufs- und Einkommensarten und lehrt dem Individuum selbstverantwortliches Handeln. Es ermöglicht zudem dem Individuum sich in die Gesellschaft zu integrieren und Sitten und Gebräuche zu lernen. Nach dem humboldtschen Prinzip werden die Institutionen für jedermann zugänglich gemacht, um so jeden in seinen persönlichen Wünschen und Stärken zu fördern. In unserem Grundgesetz ist es verankert, dass niemand aufgrund seiner sozialen Tatsachen benachteiligt werden darf. PISA-Studien und viele weitere Studien entlarven allerdings, dass es in unseren Bildungsinstitutionen nicht so ist. Sozioökonomische schwache Familien sind deutlich in ihrem Bildungsweg benachteiligter als Kinder von sozioökonomischen starken Familien. Speziell Migranten Kinder erhalten nicht die nötige Hilfe und werden bereits, ohne eine angemessene Beurteilung zu haben in schlechte Schulformen selektiert. Die Frage scheint uns heute einsichtig und allgegenwärtig. Jedoch begann man erst Mitte des 20.Jahr
