Ob beispielhaft die Nutzung eines Blogs als Unterrichtsma nahme bei Kindern und Jugendlichen eine Steigerung der Effektivität mit sich bringt, soll mit der folgenden Studie untersucht werden. Es wird evaluiert, ob Kinder und Jugendliche nach der Nutzung des Weblogs Cybermobbing vorsichtiger im Umgang mit persönlichen Daten beim Surfen im Internet sind, ob sie durch das Lesen von Blogberichten Gefahren im Internet besser erkennen können und ob durch das Verfassen eigener Berichte ihre subjektiv empfundene Sicherheit beim Surfen im Internet steigt, kurz: welchen Effekt die Nutzung des Blogs auf das Surfverhalten der Teilnehmenden hat, und ob das Angebot oder Komponenten dessen von den Schülern beim Surfen im Internet auch praktisch umgesetzt werden können.
