Dieses Buch entstand aus der praktischen Erfahrung beider Autoren und aus der jahrelangen Beschäftigung mit der Thematik rund um den Immobilienerwerb sowohl der technischen und rechtlichen Seite als auch bzgl. der Durchführung von Qualifizierungen und vielem mehr. Um den Charakter einer durchgängigen Übersicht und Einführung in die Thematik zu wahren, andererseits den Umfang und damit den Preis einigermaßen zu begrenzen, mußte eine Beschränkung bei der Ausführung der Kapitel vorgenommen werden. Die Zusammenstellung eines derartig komplexen und auch psychologisch und soziologisch so unterschiedlich zu bewertenden Themas ist ohne Unterstützung anderer nicht durchführbar.
