In 2000 he founded the Weight Management Centre in London, which assisted over 20,000 adults and children to successfully lose weight. Alan holds a master's degree in Weight Management from the Department of Clinical Sciences at the University of Chester and has authored several educational works on the subject, including the first UK accredited level 4 Obesity and Diabetes Management Qualification.
